Sharon is a Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor as well as a Nationally Licensed Acupuncturist. She has been teaching pilates for 20 years. She feels that pilates is an exceptional technique for keeping bodies strong and limber, as well as a rehabilitation tool for those recovering from injury.
